Angelo
Sia
Nov 6, 1974 — Mar 17, 2023
Our beloved Angelo Sia passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, on March 17, 2023. To know Angelo was to know his ever-present smile and his heart of gold. He had the patience of a Saint and was never quick to anger.
Angelo was born in Los Angeles, California on November 6, 1974, to his parents Romeo and Peggy Sia. He grew up in Glendora, California near the Foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. Angelo attended Glendora High School where he played on the Varsity Tennis Team.
After graduating high school, Angelo, who was a life-long Bruins fan, attended UCLA. In college, Angelo was a member of both the UCLA Crew team and the UCLA Mountain Biking team. It was also during his time at UCLA that Angelo met the love of his life, Mari. It was clear to anyone that saw them that Angelo and Mari were perfect for one another, and they became inseparable for nearly 30 years.
Angelo loved many things in life but first and foremost was his family. Along with his Bruins, Angelo also loved watching movies; playing with his dog, Piper; enjoyed eating with family; and spending time with friends. Angelo will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Angelo is survived by his wife, Mari; father Romeo; sister Pamela; and many adoring uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Sia.
