Carl Bernard Dresel was born February 3, 1933, in St. Helena, California, and passed away peacefully in his home in Cupertino, California, comforted by his family on May 26, 2025.

He is survived by his daughters Karen J. Dresel, Patricia A. Dresel, his Grandson Carl P. Dresel, and nieces and nephews: Peter Dresel, Chuck Dresel, Libby Dresel, Anne Case, Thom Marchionna, Susan Marchionna, Joe Marchionna, Michael Marchionna, Lisa Ciardulli, Lori Ciardulli, and Lynette Ciardulli.  Last, but definitely not least, his son-in-law Mark Connally, who chauffeured and attended to many, many of his appointments and needs these past few months.

Carl loved his time in the service and the many friendships made during that time.  He will be receiving honors during his burial service at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
