Passed away December 7 , 2017 at home surrounded by her family .

She is survived by her son Wayne Miller , her daughters and spouses Cheri (Mark) Lewis and Kim (Rick) Merritt , and her granddaughter and spouse Courtney (Taylor) Brinkman. She was prece ded in death by her husband of 52 years Richard L. Miller, M.D.

Carolyn was born on October 26 , 1933 in San Francisco, CA and resided in San Jose for the past 53 years.

She was a graduate of San Francisco Polytechnic High School and an alumni of San Francisco State University . Carolyn was a member and past president of the Santa Clara Women's Medical Association Alliance and a member T o Kalon Women's Club .

A celebration of Carolyn's life will be held Saturday, December 16 at 11 :00 at St. Andrew Armenian Church 11370 So. Stelling Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 , with a celebration to follow.

Remembrances may be made in Carolyn's name to St. Andrew Armenian Apostolic Church or a charity of your choice .
