Christine passed away peacefully in San Jose on March 4th, 2017.  Christine was the beloved wife of 48 years to Jim Bletas.  Christine was the dear daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie Droulis; dear sister to Pat and brother-in-law John Kambouris, Nick and sister-in-law Helen, Arthur and sister-in- law Beverly, Stanley, Jr. and sister-in-law  Patricia Droulis,  the late James Droulis; brothers-in-law Dennis Bletas and his wife Katina, Steve Bletas, loving aunt to Diane, Susan, Nicki Jr., Karen, Christopher, Michael, Elise, Gena, Philip, Annie, Helen, Eva Marie and Michael.

Christine will be remembered for the many great good long term friends she had locally and abroad in the United States and Canada, for her cheerful and positive attitude to life, for her giving and gracious personality and her genuine love to her husband and the families.

A special Thank You to the medical staff, Doctors and Nurses at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center who took care of her during her last days and also to the Doctors at Stanford Hospital who managed her conditions over the past few years.

Friends are invited to visit Wednesday March 8th 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm with a Trisagion at 8:30 pm at Alameda Family Funeral Home 12341 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. Saratoga, CA. Funeral service 10:00 am Thursday March 9th at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church 1260 Davis Street San Jose, interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 22555 Cristo Rey Drive Los Altos, CA.
