The world is just a little less beautiful today. A little less love and a little less grace.

After battling cancer for 2 years, Diana passed away in the presence of her family. Husband Terry, son Geoffrey, sisters Gwen Callan (John), Vicki Marion (Tom).

Born in Denver Colorado, Diana grew up in Dearborn, Michigan where she went to high school with her husband Terry. Like a storybook tale, they were cast as husband and wife in a high school play.

Diana shared her grace as a teacher in Southfield, Michigan  and in Sunnyvale California. Most rewarding was her time as a professional interior designer in her Oak Creek Interiors in Saratoga for 40 years. Many clients became fast friends.

Kauai was Diana's happy place. They spent at least 4 weeks every year in the islands. They renewed their vows in September in Kauai to celebrate 61 happy years of marriage with Geoffrey and fiancée  bearing witness.

Diana is survived by son Geoffrey, sisters Vicki and Gwen as well as nieces  Stefanie Murphy (Steve) and Lisa Hoskins (Dan)

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 Monday December 6 at Madronia Cemetery in Saratoga
