Esther Seto, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, in Saratoga, California, at the age of 70.

Born in Toisan, Guangdong, China on July 25, 1955, Esther moved to Macau at the age of 7. At the age of 20, with the help of her family, she immigrated to Sacramento, California, where she built a life centered around her loved ones.

Esther's life was a testament to her selfless and caring nature. She found joy in the simple, loving routines she shared with her family, whether it was her evening walks with her husband, trips to the farmers market, or the special moments spent cooking her adult children's favorite foods. Her greatest priority was always her family, and she dedicated herself to ensuring their health, well-being and success.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Kan-Chiu Seto; her daughter, Tiffany Seto; her son, Timothy Seto; and her beloved grandchildren, Eva Kim, Nova Kim, Theo Seto, and Sora Seto.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 3025, at 10:00 a.m. at Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation, 12341 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070, followed by a burial at 12:30 p.m. at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 22555 Cristo Rey Dr, Los Altos, CA 94024.
