Eufemio Limon Fontanilla's Obituary
Eufemio Limon Fontanilla passed away peacefully on February 2, 2019. He was 85 years old and is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Perlita Elefante Fontanilla. Father of John (Gloria), Sam (deceased), Allan (Marjorie), and Mark (Helen). Grandfather of Victoria, Gabriella, Lilliana, Rihanna, Kian and Keith Fontanilla.
Eufemio was born on April 5, 1933. Originally from Santiago, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he served in the US Coast Guard for 21 years. He retired honorably in 1976 as a Chief Petty Officer. Following his career in the military, he became a successful entrepreneur in the Restaurant business and also in Real Estate investments in Saratoga, Sunnyvale, and Stockton.
Viewing at Alameda Family Funeral Home on February 13th 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM,
February 14th 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Rosary 7:00 PM.
The Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Ascension Friday, February 15th at 11:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Madronia Cemetery in Saratoga.
