Evelyn passed away peacefully on the morning of April 26th, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Evelyn was born in Minnesota to George and Laura Hovland, and the youngest of 8. Devoted wife to Hugh Gleason for 61 years, mother to Marcia and Mary, and grandmother of seven. Evelyn's life was a testament to love and resilience. A businesswoman and philanthropist who helped create a family business that thrived for over 50 years. Evelyn's legacy extends far beyond her family. Her heart bloomed in the garden, her kitchen echoed with laughter, and her spirit soared with the birds. Her warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
