Frank Richard Grengo passed away on October 21 ^st at the age of 71 at his home in Saratoga, California, in the company of his beloved wife, Lucia, and family, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Frank is survived by his wife of 44 ½ years, his children Gina (Sean), Frank M. (Adora), and Marianne (Ben), his seven grandchildren, his siblings Christy (Jim), Lilia, Sandra, and Bobby, and his beloved cat, Buster.

He was born in San Diego to Frank J. and Frances Grengo and grew up in Sunnyvale. He graduated from San Jose State University, where he also met his wife, and then moved to Saratoga. He achieved a Master's Degree in Education and later earned a Supervisory Credential through San Jose State University. He was a teacher for the Sunnyvale Elementary School District for 35 years. He loved spending time with family, traveling, enjoying nature, and loved animals. He was proud of his Italian Heritage and his Catholic Faith. He will be loved forever.

Memorial Rosary: Thursday, 10/26/2017 at 7:00 pm at Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation: 12341 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, Saratoga.

Memorial Mass: Friday, 10/27/17, at 12:00 pm at Sacred Heart Church: 13716 Saratoga Ave, Saratoga. Burial following the Mass at 2:00 pm at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery: 490 Lincoln Street, Santa Clara.
