Jane Mailhot, 51, long time resident of Saratoga passed away on June 21, 2016. She was born in San Jose and raised most of her life in Morgan Hill. After graduating from Live Oak High School in 1983, Jane moved to Orange County to attend Costa Mesa Community College and the following year transferred to Butte Community College. She began her life in the electronics industry by working in sales at Motorola and went on to work at Arrow Electronics, Intel and Future Electronics over the years. Jane fell in love and married Tom Mailhot. They were married 18 years and blessed with two lovely daughters, Maureen & Olivia. Jane dearly loved both sides of her entire family and cherished her circle of friends. She had a great love of the outdoors, was an active volunteer at her daughter's school and was a proud room mom and a Girl Scout Leader, she was a dedicated Eucharistic Minister at her church. Jane is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters: Maureen and Olivia; mom: Patti LaRosa (Rich); siblings: Nancy Ecker (Ed) and Steve Lager (Janet); uncle: Mike Cummins; and had 11 nephews, 5 nieces, 1 great-niece, 3 great-nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Sacred Heart Parish – 13716 Saratoga Ave, Saratoga. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial gift be sent to: Sacred Heart School, Jane Mailhot One Heart Service Scholarship, 13718 Saratoga Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070.
