John A. Rees died February 5, 2018.

He was born in Boston, MA and graduated

From Awalt High School in Los Altos. He was a keen alpine skier who skied competitively for much of his life. He boasted several ski buddies including his wife and his child Caine. John liked to spend his time outdoors mountaineering, rock climbing and hiking, often with his dog Socks. John's other great love was music. With a guitar in hand , singing the blues everywhere he went, John could make up a song on the spot.

Most recently John was the Regional Sales Manager at LiveAction, a position about which he was passionate. John's charismatic and outgoing personality made him a natural salesman as well as a positive influence on his many friends. Those who had the privilege of closely knowing John admired his outlook on life which included helping family, working hard, chasing your dreams, petting fuzzy dogs, playing the blues and living life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered. He is survived by his wife Martha and her two children Bailey and Brooke, as well as his adult child Caine, his mother Marian and his sister Carol. His celebration of life will be in June 2018.
