Kavitha
Jain
Dec 23, 1980 — Oct 31, 2024
Kavitha Jain, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many, passed away from complications due to cancer on Diwali evening. Her transition was serene and calm, fitting for a soul whose light brightened every room she entered.
Born in Kalpakkam, India, Kavitha spent her childhood by the seaside, where her adventurous spirit first emerged as she explored the beach community on her bicycle with friends. Her journey led her to the University of Florida, where she found her soulmate, Ankur. They married in 2006 in India surrounded by numerous friends and family before moving to California. She absolutely loved the outdoors; be it the mountains, beach, desert, glacier, ocean, or forest.
Kavitha started her career in the semiconductors industry as a Hardware Engineer, but soon found her true calling in Technical Sales. Her judgement-free personality coupled with her tech savviness, killer-smile, and positive-attitude helped her flourish within the Tech industry in the Bay Area. Her radiant smile, coupled with her problem-solving prowess and gift for elevating others, became her hallmark in every professional setting.
She leaves behind a family who cherished every moment with her: her husband Ankur, daughter Keerthi, son Sameer, puppy Lily, mother Manjula, father Govindarajan, sister Priya, numerous close relatives, and many loving friends. Those who knew her will forever remember her infectious smile, monk-like wisdom, loving nature, and her unmatched zest for life.
A Celebration of Her Life will be announced at a later date, honoring Kavitha's wishes to bring together those whose lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate if you would consider supporting the Family Supportive Housing charity (http://familysupportivehousing.org) that was near and dear to her heart. https://www.pledge.to/in-memory-of-kavitha-jain
