Mr. Tsu-Nien Yuan passed away peacefully in the morning of January 1, 2020 in his home at the age of 93. Tsu-Nien was born to Tsu-Shien Yuan and Sheu Juan Fu on May 12, 1926 in Nantong, Jiangsu, China. Tsu-Nien fled to Taiwan when Communist took over China in 1949. He finished college in National Taiwan University studying Accounting. After graduation, he worked for Chinese Petroleum Corporation for 40 years until retired.

Mr. Yuan is survived by his beloved wife Why-Chee Chen, three children Carol Yuan, Tom Yuan and Jack Yuan, daughter-in-law Ho-Chun Chin and three grandchildren Michael Hsu, Kristin Hsu and Alison Yuan. Tsu-Nien built a successful career as Chief of Accounting Department and devoted fully to his family. After retiring, Tsu-Nien and wife immigrated to California to be with their children in 1993.

Tsu-Nien was passionate about writing, woodworking, Chinese calligraphy, cooking and singing. He was always happy to lend a hand to friends and people around him.
