It is with a broken heart that we inform you that Vijay Mohan Rao Polsani, age 49, attained peace on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Palo Alto, California.

Vijay was born on April 18th, 1976, and he spent his early years in Warangal, India, where he built a life defined by empathy, interest, and dedication. He was a software engineer, which reflected his problem-solving nature and his deep dedication to technology.

He was a kind soul who lived a life in devotion to his family and friends, as well as being a source of support to those who needed service. No matter how difficult a time someone may have been going through, he would step up and offer reassurance and advice on how to move forward. He would uplift others' spirits by making jokes and being a deeply joyous person to be around. His presence would provide comfort to others and let them feel seen.

Vijay was a grateful son, loving husband, caring father, and an empathetic brother. He is survived by his parents, Laxman Rao Polsani and Savithri Polsani, his wife, Sheela, his two sons, Rohan and Raghav, and his sister, Srilatha.

We will remember him for the warmth he provided us, his overwhelming generosity, and the astounding impact he had on the lives he fortunately met. His legacy will live on with his family and the lives he met.

Final rites and cremation will occur on December 29, 2025, at Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation. Family and friends are invited to join in the prayers, and later, a celebration of life will take place in Monterey Bay.
